Me: Nuffin*
Aiden: Did you mean to say nothing Nothing? Because Nuffin is like Muffin and you are not a muffin.
Pause
Me: Yes, Aiden that is what I meant Nothing.
This conversation was followed by a tickle war. Oh, and me harassing my child for being way to smart.

Moving Into Fall
Posted by: | CommentsSometime we stuck. We stuck in everyday tasks, the stress, and the ordinary way of life. We forget that each day is special. We forget that each moment is a memory. We forget that with each season comes new things. Getting stuck in the feelings of summer I forgot to grasp the feelings of fall. I forgot how good fall can feel.
Until I saw my son crunch into his first carmel apple and they joy that filled his face.

As summer ends and fall begins. As the leaves start falling and we move full force into winter we see the world change. We see the moments pass. We see our babies grow into children.
