Moving On and Moving Up
Posted by: | Comments
As I mentioned I made a big move over the last month.
My house was sold and we were forced to find a new place to live. I knew it would be a big change. Not only did we need a new house but a smaller house. A house closer to school. A house in the city.
It wasn’t the move that was hard. It wasn’t the adjusting to the new place. It wasn’t finding Aiden a new daycare. The hardest part was what I left behind.
This was the house I grew up in. The house I sat pregnant wondering where I was headed. The house I brought Aiden home from the hospital too. This was the house we knew. This was our home.
We are all moved now. Our new apartment is small but cozy. We ridded ourselves of all of the stuff we had collected for years. We have a new start. A fresh place. A new outlook on life. Things are looking good.
So it turns out…
Posted by: | CommentsSo it turns out that I am an awful blogger. Seriously ….I leave you with a cliffhanger and don’t fill you in for over a month? Blogger. Fail.
Thanks to Sony I had the chance to join a few other mothers in Los Angeles. I have never been so spoiled in my life. I seriously felt like a rockstar for a weekend!
That was the view from my room. No. joke.
Not only did I get to stay in a lovely hotel. and visit with some major celebs. and stand on the red carpet at the movie premier for Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs. Ok now I am just bragging.

Sony was lovely enough to bring Me Ra Koh to teach us a few things about taking pictures. As you can see here I took full advantage of this education.
After loading us up with incredible technology and spoiling us rotten I will admit it was a little hard to return home. Sony made me feel like a movie star and I am incredibly grateful.
I have so many posts to write about all of the crazy things that have been happening in the past month. Life is Crazy. I am blessed.
